Who we are

ThomasSmart.com. A high-end, high-quality website and web application developer with clients such as TNT, Nike and Vodafone throughout Europe and Hong Kong.



What you do

  • Promote the ThomasSmart.com brand in your region (exclusivly)
  • Acquiring new clients from your own network and new leads
  • Managing your clients and their projects, going over the concepts and ideas, advising them on the possibilities and working with them to define their project.
  • Drawing up basic documentation and functional requirements for your client's project (this does not need to be technical documentation)
  • Presenting the proposal, quote and planning and getting an agree
  • Updating client on progress during design/development
  • Final check and quality control on completed project and implementing the project with the client, providing any training as may be needed.
  • Follow-up some weeks after implementation



What we do

  • Provide you with marketing material for the ThomasSmart.com brand
  • Provide you with an impressive portfolio of projects, clients and services to use in your marketing and acquisition efforts
  • Giving you free tips, advise and consultancy for your marketing and acquisition efforts
  • Check your project documentation for completeness, provide any feedback or advise that you may require or that we think your client might find interesting
  • Drawing up a complete quote and planning for the project.
  • Working out the full detailed technical documentation for the project based on your project documents so the freelancers have very strict and precise guidelines to follow when designing or developing the different sections of the project.
  • Select and manage a team of suitable senior freelancers to design and develop the project and providing you with feedback and project updates during the process.
  • Full quality control and usability testing over all projects on multiple levels by multiple testers during development and a full final check once the project is completed.
  • Providing free bug-fixing, small updates and any assistance we can with hardware/hosting and implementation of the project.



What you get

We will pay you 20% of every invoice sent to your client for as long as you are working with us.



What you need

  • Legitimate freelancer or company (registered)
  • Decent sized own network or proven ability to create one for this function
  • Living or willing to work in an area of your country where we are still looking for an account manager
  • Experience with networking, acquisition, marketing and project management, preferably in web development or multimedia.
  • To be professional, creative and independent
  • It would be extremely beneficial if you have a degree of technical knowledge on web development options – not necessarily how it's done, just what is possible and a basic understanding of things like SEO and HTML5 (easily obtained through sites such as w3.org).
  • To be willing to present yourself as a ThomasSmart.com employee to further our brand
